Pumpkin

Here is the pumpkin still surviving.We gathered some mulch for our garden today.

One of the children said

"Mulch is like a blanket for the plants". 

We discussed that the water can stay in  the flower bed and it keeps the plants warm .
We also planted the corn seedlings today.
