emotions.

Blue Zone
Tired
Sad

Yellow Zone
Silly
Worried

Red Zone

We use strategies to help stay in the green zone.
We use breathing for the red zone.
Here is a example of a deep breathing exercise we use.

We strive to be in the green zone but we know we have feelings that can quickly change and we move from zone to  zone.
We explained it is ok to be sad , mad or silly but you can not be in those zones for long periods of time
