Literacy in room 104 Friday and Monday Jan 20.2020

We always try inventive ways to engage the children to read and write. I had some moon sand and put sight words in the sand and water to encourage children to label the words they find. The sand is dry when you scoop it out of the water. This created a buzz so children were interested in learning.
