Thur. May 21 Beautiful Oops

I read Beautiful Oops by Barney Saltzberg . We painted flowers and discussed our mistakes. We learned we can make something beautiful when we make an Oops.

Aliyah and I made a bike. She lead the lesson on how to draw a bike. We practiced earlier in the week. I love how she transferred her learning to teach me.

We discussed the flowers we made and came to an understanding that the flowers were a tulip and an  anemone.
