Tues. Apr. 11 Maple Syrup and Waffles.

Well as promised , I said we would have waffles this week. Ms. McDowell and  I had them with the children today.

 The  sap from out school tree.
 
In the pot ready to boil.
  The giant pot.
  Sap moved to a smaller pot.
  It changes color as it boils.
  It is not much but a small sample for us to taste.
  It is yummy good.
  Mixing the batter for the waffles.
  The ingredients we need.
 Student Helpers.
     The first to line up and try the waffles.
  Yummy Good!!!
