Tues. Apr. 17 Maple Syrup

Ms. McDowell brought in some maple syrup for the students to try.  We were to study about the process of maple syrup. Ms . McDowell showed us the process from her parents home. She gave us samples from her brother's trees a few weeks ago. The students got to try maple syrup today. They had the chance to compare the tastes.This syrup is from the store.

We noticed this syrup was darker and sweeter. Thank you Ms.McDowell for sharing the maple syrup.
